As a Senior Program Manager within the Commercialization team, you will drive the execution of pilot programs tailored to client needs and market insights. This role blends strategy, project management, and client partnership, ensuring every pilot transforms into scalable programs. Collaborate across diverse teams to bridge internal objectives and client goals effectively, shaping outcomes that matter in sustainability and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary client contact for pilot implementations

• Direct internal teams for effective program execution

• Conduct working sessions to establish project clarity

• Present performance updates to clients

• Oversee pilot journeys and engagement strategies

Requirements:

• 8+ years in leading cross-functional programs

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or PMP certification

• Experience in energy efficiency or analytics

• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
