Facilities Operations Supervisor

The City of Mississauga is looking for a Supervisor to manage facility operations. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in a relevant operational role, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Key responsibilities involve ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of facilities, while also managing budgets and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and quality assurance

• Collaborate with management on vendor evaluations

• Coordinate facility inspections and preventative maintenance

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and employee training

• Promote health and safety criteria in operations

Requirements:

• Degree in recreation or facilities management

• 3-5 years in an operational leadership role

• Experience managing budgets and staff

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License Class G

• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
