Lead the Store Operations and Talent Management at Sephora Canada in Mississauga.

Your role focuses on recruiting, training, and overseeing store operations ensuring excellence in performance.

As the Store Operations and Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing people and functions within the store. You will execute staffing, training, store scheduling, and uphold Sephora’s operational standards. Collaborating closely with the Store Director and various teams, your leadership will foster an environment that enhances employee development and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final interviews for key positions

• Oversee training and development functions

• Manage store scheduling and payroll processes

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of management experience in retail or beauty

• Proficiency in recruiting and staff development

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfort with difficult conversations and managerial courage

• Familiarity with Windows, Word, and Excel
