Mississauga Hybrid Senior Program Manager

V-Soft Consulting is hiring a Senior Program Manager to oversee security projects in Mississauga, Ontario. You will manage complex initiatives and align outcomes with enterprise objectives in a hybrid setup.

This is a senior role for candidates with over five years of program management experience and at least three years in a technical security area. Successful applicants will hold relevant certifications like PMP and must be able to navigate tools such as Power BI. You'll lead cross-functional teams and execute strategic security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery for security programs

• Serve as integrator across multiple teams for project success

• Work with Business Units to facilitate initiative delivery

• Define and monitor program metrics and KPIs

• Lead governance and facilitate stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in a relevant field

• 5+ years experience in program management

• 3+ years in technical security fields

• Strong capability with Jira and technical collaboration tools

• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive levels
