YYZ Duty Manager for Swissport Ramp Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage staffing

• Plan and schedule manpower and equipment resources

• Maintain safety and quality across services

• Conduct briefings with management to enhance coordination

• Monitor KPIs and present performance reports

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in ramp service experience

• Management experience in a unionized environment

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Must possess valid driver’s license and airside permit D/A
