Build Something Extraordinary, Greater Toronto Area | Executive Leadership

Some executive roles ask you to maintain what's already been built. This isn't one of them.

PSI Engineering is entering the next chapter of an exceptional growth story. Over the past two years, we have tripled our business by delivering innovative engineered solutions and exceptional customer partnerships. Now we're building the leadership team that will take us even further. We're looking for a visionary operations leader to build what many companies only talk about an industry leading Customer Success organization.

If you're passionate about developing people, delighting customers, creating operational excellence and building sustainable growth, this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Why This Role Matters

This isn't a replacement position. It's a newly created executive role driven by growth. Our Board has made a strategic decision to invest in additional executive leadership to accelerate expansion, strengthen customer relationships, develop recurring aftermarket revenue and position PSI for future acquisitions.

You'll work alongside an entrepreneurial leadership team with one clear objective:
Build the best customer experience in our industry.

What You'll Do

As Vice President, Customer Success, you'll shape how our customers experience PSI—from project delivery through installation, technical support and long-term partnership.

You'll lead initiatives that:

  • Elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build scalable service and support operations
  • Improve project delivery and execution
  • Expand recurring aftermarket revenue
  • Mentor and develop exceptional technical leaders
  • Standardize operational excellence across the organization
  • Help position PSI for its next stage of growth

You’ll have the authority, resources and executive support to make a lasting impact.

Who You Are

You're a builder. You thrive in growing organizations where your ideas become reality. You've led technical teams, improved operations and delivered exceptional customer outcomes. You're equally comfortable discussing strategy in the boardroom and rolling up your sleeves to solve complex operational challenges alongside your team.

Most importantly, you believe that great businesses are built through exceptional people, outstanding customer relationships and disciplined execution.

What You’ll Bring
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial automation, engineered systems, manufacturing technology or a related industry
  • Experience leading customer service, project delivery, field service or operations
  • A track record of building high‑performing teams and scalable processes
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Engineering degree required; MBA or related graduate education considered an asset
Why Join PSI?

Because opportunities like this don't come along often. You'll join an ambitious, entrepreneurial company with a proven history of growth and a leadership team committed to innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. This is more than an executive position. It's an opportunity to shape a company, influence an industry and leave a lasting legacy.

If you're looking for your next challenge—and want to build something truly exceptional, we’d like to hear from you.

PSI Engineering is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace. We welcome applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds. Accommodation is available throughout the recruitment process in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
