General Manager

We are searching for a dynamic, commercially focused General Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of an established Canadian business within the automotive aftermarket industry. This highly visible leadership position offers the opportunity to shape market strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, develop a high-performing team, and drive profitable growth.

The General Manager will oversee commercial performance, P&L management, sales execution, channel development, pricing, operations, and organizational growth. This leader will identify new customers and market opportunities, expand relationships across retail, aftermarket, distribution, and partner channels, and establish scalable processes to support long-term success.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader with 10–15 years of progressive general management or senior sales leadership experience, a proven record of managing a P&L and delivering revenue growth, and a strong understanding of the Canadian market. Automotive aftermarket or a related industry experience is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree is required.
