Manager of Proposal Strategy and Technology

Oversee proposal strategy and content management as a Senior Manager. Act as the connector for proposal initiatives, leading strategic direction and execution across teams while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

This role combines strategic oversight and hands-on engagement with proposal content. You'll lead teams through the optimization of proposal software, ensuring the reusability of content and adherence to best practices. Collaborating with various departments, you’ll manage intake and prioritization of initiatives, providing metrics on effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead proposal content governance and evolution

• Provide strategic guidance to BD and sales teams

• Implement and scale proposal technology effectively

• Track proposal metrics for continuous improvement

• Direct contributions to strategic proposals and materials

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years in proposal management or content strategy

• Strong leadership through influence and collaboration

• Excellent strategic judgment combined with tactical skills

• Experience in high-pressure environments as a player-coach

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
