EBC Indigenous Relations Director

Shape Indigenous relations and partnerships at EBC as the Director, fostering collaboration and economic participation throughout Canada. Your leadership will integrate community perspectives into large-scale projects.

In this critical leadership role, you will define and implement a national strategy focused on strengthening ties with Indigenous Nations. Collaborate with diverse teams across business development and operations to ensure Indigenous engagement is a consistent priority from planning through execution. Your efforts will cultivate trust and mutual benefits, enhancing EBC's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish long-term relationships with Indigenous stakeholders

• Develop frameworks for community engagement and consultation

• Collaborate with teams on Indigenous matter integration

• Advise on strategic Indigenous engagement issues

• Champion reconciliation principles within the company

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required

• 10+ years in government or community relations

• Proven experience with Indigenous partnership building

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks

• Ability to travel across Canada
