Do you like working with and inspiring youth? Do you want to break barriers for girls and gender‑diverse youth in Science, Technology, Trades, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)?
CAGIS is recruiting Chapter Coordinators (volunteer positions) for our Oakville/Mississauga chapter. CAGIS is an award‑winning not‑for‑profit organization that supports interest in STEM among girls and gender‑diverse youth, ages 7‑17. CAGIS Chapters take members on fun, hands‑on adventures to explore STEM with real experts at cool STEM locations.

Responsibilities
Help to brainstorm, organize, and plan monthly events for members
Oversee chapter operations
Lead the volunteer team
Communicate with member families, volunteers, and the national organization
Qualifications
Comfortable commuting to opportunity location
Willing to undergo a background or police records check
Over the age of majority in the province of the opportunity
