Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Present and demonstrate products/services to customers
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience in [Retail/B2B/IT/Manufacturing/Real Estate – customize as needed]
- Knowledge of sales funnels and pipeline management
- Field sales or inside sales experience
