We are looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive growth within the industrial market. This role focuses on managing existing accounts while developing new business. Candidates should be comfortable working with industrial products and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and grow an assigned customer base.
– Visit customers regularly to understand needs and provide product solutions.
– Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
– Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
– Attend training sessions and occasional industry events.
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of outside or field sales experience (industrial preferred).
– Technical/mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
– Self-motivated with good time-management abilities.
– Valid driver’s license for local travel (no company car provided).
