Position: Inside Account Representative | Représentant(e) de compte interne

About the role:
Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and driving revenue? As an Inside Account Representative at TD SYNNEX, you’ll manage a defined portfolio of partner accounts, delivering exceptional service while accelerating business growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in our technology distribution channel—collaborating with vendors, field sales teams, and internal support to exceed sales targets, optimize customer satisfaction, and unlock new opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Own customer and territory P&L, leveraging critical thinking to maximize profitability and achieve quarterly targets

• Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting and high-quality inbound lead follow-up

• Partner with field sales to respond to RFPs, deliver compelling proposals, and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

• Research market and account data to identify growth opportunities; develop and execute territory expansion plans

• Build and maintain strong relationships at purchasing, sales, and operations levels; align with vendor management to drive solution adoption

• Develop detailed account profiles, track buying patterns, and recommend additional TD SYNNEX products and services

• Anticipate challenges and escalations; collaborate with senior Inside Account Executives to resolve complex customer issues

• Document account procedures and delegate routine tasks to internal support teams for efficiency

• Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure timely, accurate processing of quotes, orders, and pricing adjustments

• Attend virtual or in-person TD SYNNEX and industry events to network, stay informed on product innovations, and represent our brand

• Apply basic project management techniques to fulfill customer requests and coordinate cross-functional resources

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of inside sales, account management, or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English (additional local/regional languages a plus)

• Proven ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders, and present solutions persuasively

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; comfortable managing data entry and P&L responsibilities

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Adaptable and resilient—able to perform under pressure and respond constructively to change

• Self-starter who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively across teams

• Intermediate proficiency with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office suite

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
