As the e-Commerce National Account Manager you will be part of a dedicated team based in Canada Mississauga, Ontario and reporting to Sales Director.

  • Collaborate with channel, product and brand marketing teams to drive online sales and enhance the digital customer experience.
  • Manage national online promotions, product launches, and digital merchandising strategies.
  • Partner with online merchants and internal teams to execute sales plans and optimize the interconnected retail experience.
  • Lead digital Business Reviews and share e-commerce insights across retail channels.
  • Monitor overall account performance, identify opportunities and challenges, and develop appropriate action plans.
  • Own account management responsibilities for specific product categories including new product pitches, product launch planning, and annual marketing campaign planning
  • Responsible for account P&L measurements to include;

    Top line sales

    Standard margin

    Warranty

    Digital marketing spend
  • Account ownership to include;

    Account key contact and ownership of meetings

    Partnership with Channel Manager to execute business plan Forecasting ownership (unit detail/sales call reconciliation)
    Track and analyze POS results

    Liaise with corresponding U.S. Sales Teams Manage Associate NAM and Marketing Coordinator
  • College or University graduate with degree or diploma in Business or another relevant field of study
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing with a record of demonstrated achievement and leadership, strong team player
  • Previous ecommerce experience
  • Creativity and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of basic financial concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-Motivated with the ability to work well independently
  • Strong organizational and time management/multi-tasking skills
  • Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
