Territory Sales Representative

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing an assigned territory, building strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow market share
- Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on leads
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in outside or territory sales (B2B must have)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel within assigned territory - Mississauga to Hamilton, may be required to travel to Vaughan for training
- Extensive travel - will be on the road from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
