About the role
Net Dynamic Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our pipeline growth for both our established Net Suite consulting services and our cutting-edge Clairio AI Platform. This is a critical, high-impact position responsible for generating qualified sales leads by strategically prospecting and engaging decision-makers within our target market of mid-market B2B companies. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity, commission-driven environment and possesses the resilience and competitive drive to open new revenue channels.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Execute outbound cold-calling, email, and social campaigns to generate net-new qualified leads for the Account Executive team.
- Target Market Penetration: Focus on identifying and engaging key buyer personas, including CFOs, COOs, and CIOs, within the Net Suite customer base.
- Pipeline Qualification: Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify prospects based on established criteria and alignment with Net Dynamic's service and product offerings (Net Suite Implementation, Dynamic Admin Services, ATS
360, and Clairio AI). - Strategic Alignment: Clearly articulate Net Dynamic’s dual value proposition, connecting deep Net Suite expertise with the strategic advantage of AI-native automation.
- Performance & Reporting: Maintain an active, accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, tracking all outreach and lead qualification metrics to support the quarterly Revenue Growth initiative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, align on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in B2B sales development, cold-calling, or an equivalent high-volume lead generation role.
- Skills: Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Rapport-Building Skills are mandatory for engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Mindset: A strong desire for Ownership & Proactivity; the ability to take initiative and deliver results without constant direct supervision is essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or IT consulting sales processes is highly desirable.
- Strategic Growth: Deep exposure to an AI-native transformation and the opportunity to become an expert in the intelligent automation layer for enterprise workflows.

Compensation & Structure
- Structure: This role operates on a High-Commission Accelerator Model. The primary compensation mechanism is commission earned on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) converted to Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) and a multiplier on closed-won business generated from the BDR's pipeline.
- Base Salary: This position is structured without a guaranteed base salary, emphasizing high reward for high performance through an aggressive commission structure.
- Target Earnings: On-target earnings (OTE) are highly competitive and unlimited, rewarding top performers for their strategic contribution to our revenue targets.
