This role will be responsible for promoting and selling our fulfillment services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. You will work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of client orders and maintain customer satisfaction.

MAIN

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Sales Growth:
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in need of fulfillment services, including e-commerce businesses, retail operations, and direct-toconsumer brands. 
Client Consultations:
Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their fulfillment needs, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. 
Service Presentations:
Present our fulfillment services to potential clients through product demos, presentations, and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.  Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process and after the sale. 

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of fulfillment services and that client expectations are met. 
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position the company’s fulfillment services. 
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor progress against goals and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives. 
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS &

EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
Experience working in the e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain industry. 
Proven experience in sales, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment services. 
Strong understanding of fulfillment processes, software and tools including warehousing, inventory management, order processing, and shipping. 
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. 
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing client needs. 
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet client demands.
