Kevin D'Souza Insurance Agency is seeking a Life, Home and Auto Insurance Salesperson who is a motivated, sales-oriented individual wanting to create a highly profitable insurance career. You'll be promoting Life, Home and Auto Insurance products while educating our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and everyday
- Work to achieve sales goal, each and every day!
- OTL General License OR RIBO Required
- LLQP License preferred/Ability to obtain
- Bilingual – Hindi, Urdu or Punjabi (oral) and English (oral and written)
- Two years related work or sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing ) preferred
- People-oriented, self-motivated and well-organized with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
- Salary plus commission/bonus ($45K to $55K)
- Steady work week – Mon to Fri (9:30am to 5:30pm) – No shift work
