Quotation Specialist

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of related experience and a strong knowledge of Excel and the electrical sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve disputes with customers and suppliers

• Review supplier and customer terms and conditions

• Maintain ongoing contact with vendors and clients

• Obtain and analyze quote requests from contractors

• Oversee order placements with manufacturers

Requirements:

• College diploma in business/sales/marketing or equivalent

• 2–3 years of related industry experience

• Strong Excel and MS Office skills

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400 is a plus
