Position: Inside Sales Representative for Revenue Growth
Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative, where you'll focus on customer relationships and drive sales growth while connecting with internal teams. This role emphasizes proactive communication and service excellence.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the VP of Sales and support account management. With 3–7 years of experience, you will identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and prepare key documentation. Your attention to detail will ensure smooth order processing and enhance customer satisfaction while coordinating customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support VP of Sales with customer follow-up and lead management

• Engage regularly with assigned customers and outside Reps

• Prepare quotations and track sales opportunities

• Assist with customer presentations and promotions

• Maintain accurate customer information and records

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of inside sales or similar experience

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems

• Excellent multitasking skills

• Background in B2B sales or related industries
