Opportunity
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, fiercely driven President of Sales Recruitment to launch, lead, and scale our new sales talent division. This is not a traditional clock‑in, clock‑out management job; this is an opportunity to act as a founder within a highly successful agency.
We are looking for a visionary who wants to build a team from the ground up and be rewarded with an ownership stake. The ideal candidate isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and embrace the grind of prospecting on Day 1 to lay the foundation, paving the way to hire, train, and scale a massive division underneath them.
What You Will Do
Phase 1:
The Build (Player‑Coach)
Drive Business Development:
Act as the tip of the spear in cultivating relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs, and securing foundational contracts.
Master the Grind:
Prospect, source, and close deals to generate initial revenue and prove the model for the new vertical.
Innovate Sourcing:
Implement cutting‑edge sourcing methods to identify top‑tier, passive sales professionals and build a robust candidate pipeline.
Phase 2:
The Scale (Executive Leadership)
Grow the Team:
Develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies to bring on recruiters and account managers under your leadership.
Lead & Inspire:
Foster a high‑performance culture focused on achieving ambitious targets, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Strategize & Market:
Utilize marketing techniques and platforms (including Salesforce) to enhance Speed Staff's employer branding and candidate engagement.
Optimize Operations:
Oversee large‑scale recruitment campaigns, ensuring project management standards, timely delivery, and high quality are consistently met.
Analyze & Align:
Manage CRM systems effectively to track pipelines, client interactions, and metrics. Collaborate with marketing, HR, and business development to align recruitment goals with Speed Staff's overarching growth plans.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven Track Record:
Extensive experience in sales recruitment, staffing business development, or related executive leadership roles within talent acquisition.
Entrepreneurial DNA: A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and possesses the grit required to build a division from scratch.
Elite Deal‑Maker:
Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals, secure long‑term client partnerships, and expand revenue streams.
Technical Proficiency:
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) for managing client relationships and candidate pipelines, alongside a strong grasp of digital marketing and employer branding strategies.
Operational Excellence:
Demonstrated project management expertise, capable of handling multiple high‑level initiatives simultaneously without dropping the ball on quality.
Exceptional Leadership:
Experience (or a strong readiness for) managing diverse teams, driving organizational change, and building trust internally and externally.
