Take the lead at Hyatt Place Mississauga Centre as the Sales Director. Focus on driving revenue and managing key accounts while ensuring optimal event experiences.
In this strategic role, you will develop comprehensive sales plans to exceed hotel and convention centre revenue targets. You’ll personally secure key accounts and drive performance across corporate, social, and event segments. Collaboration with Revenue Management on pricing and inventory will be essential to maximize revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to boost revenue
• Secure and manage key accounts and group opportunities
• Implement pricing and promotional strategies for optimal utilization
• Lead consistent sales cadence with performance tracking
• Build long-term relationships with clients and community partners
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in hospitality or event venues
• In-depth knowledge of GTA corporate and group market
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in CRM platforms and sales tools
• Strong financial acumen for analytical insights
Lead the sales team in driving Hyatt’s revenue and client engagement.
