Remarketing & International Sales Specialist

Overview

Brandt has an opportunity for a Remarketing & International Sales Specialist based out in Mississauga Construction & Forestry. This full time, permanent position specializes in the remarketing of previously used heavy equipment in markets based in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

• Developing and increasing used equipment sales.
• Sourcing used equipment.
• Providing input to stakeholders on used equipment value.
• Safeguarding company assets in conjunction with policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the heavy duty construction equipment industry (10+ years is an asset).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in international sales and purchasing with significant experience in global procurement, acquisition, negotiating and closing transactions.
• Valid passport and ability to work/travel in the United States and Europe.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (1-2 weeks per month).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient knowledge in computer applications, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Sales experience in the Central and Southern United States regions and mining experience considered assets.
• Post‑secondary education considered an asset.
