This permanent position focuses on connecting the Sales Team, clients, and office staff to ensure seamless order processing and communication. You will monitor client projects, maintain detailed records in the CRM system, and provide essential support to both sales and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate product details professionally to clients
• Enter and track orders using the CRM system
• Assist Customer Support with order issues
• Prepare quotes with Sales Managers' guidance
• Coordinate implementation and equipment demonstrations
Requirements:
• Experience in inside sales or customer support
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
