As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating equipment orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and communicating order statuses to sales representatives and clients. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and the skill to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, aligning with our team's goals and customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage equipment order coordination with manufacturers
• Act as liaison for order specifications and timelines
• Enter accurate data on equipment in SILK operating system
• Process orders and pickup invoices for accounts payable
• Communicate effectively with customers on order progress
Requirements:
• Previous experience in equipment dealership is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organization and multitasking capabilities
• Detail-oriented and self-driven work ethic
