D&H, a leading technology distributor with over a century of experience, seeks a Strategic Account Representative. This customer-centric sales role involves account management for active and inactive clients, targeting revenue growth and customer loyalty. You'll establish pricing, conduct outbound calls, and leverage CRM tools to track customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales goals and revenue forecasts effectively
• Set product pricing for bids and customer quotes
• Build relationships through daily outbound calls
• Complete outbound campaigns and log results in CRM
• Attend quarterly meetings, reseller shows, and training sessions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of sales or phone sales experience
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• College education preferred or equivalent experience
