Position: Performance Specialist at PPG
Join PPG as a Performance Specialist and focus on operational enhancement. Drive profitability and foster customer relationships while providing expertise to collision centers.

In this role as Performance Specialist, you will support PPG CDN customers and Strategic PPG clients. Your main focus will be improving productivity and retention, by using performance metrics and structured reviews to inform actionable plans. Collaborating with sales and distribution teams, you will ensure that customer service aligns with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for assigned PPG customers

• Focus on retention and growth within main accounts

• Collaborate with sales teams for strategic alignment

• Complete corporate training and compliance initiatives

• Conduct detailed KPI reviews to assess performance

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• At least 3 years in customer service or sales support

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems

• Required travel for customer meetings
