Sales Team
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Salary Range: $116,000 - $155,000
Your responsibilities
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
5–10+ years in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online sales, preferably within FMCG or consumer-focused industries. Prior experience managing Amazon is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strategic and innovative thinking, commercial acumen, data analysis, project management, leadership, persuasive selling, proficiency with digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics.
Leadership, objection handling and negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coach and lead a team to deliver growth.
