Business Development Senior Associate

Position: Business Development Senior Associate - RBC
Elevate your career with Royal Bank of Canada as a Senior Associate in Business Development. This full-time role focuses on nurturing client relationships within the UK & Ireland Institutional team.

In this permanent position, you'll collaborate with colleagues to execute the sales/service plan for UK Institutional clients, including Corporate Pension schemes and consultants. Your expertise in strategic thinking and relationship management will help strengthen existing relationships and support business growth initiatives. You'll also mentor junior team members and leverage Salesforce for optimal client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales/service plans for UK Institutional markets

• Collaborate to strengthen client and consultant relationships

• Support strategic priorities to diversify firm AUM

• Mentor Institutional Associate team members

• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations in activities

Requirements:

• Strong integrity and diligence in all initiatives

• Understanding of global financial regulatory systems

• Awareness of SMCR regulatory obligations

• Familiarity with local laws impacting marketing activities

• Experience in data management using Salesforce
