Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture leads and build relationships within the community

• Manage sales processes to achieve occupancy goals

• Conduct tours, events, and networking functions

• Offer insights through competitor business analysis

• Develop strategic plans for outreach and follow-up

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years' proven sales experience

• Expertise in building customer relationships

• Knowledge of CRM software and business processes

• Reliable transportation for local outreach

• Flexibility for evenings and weekends when needed
