Your responsibility will include providing estimates, overcoming objections, and finalizing sales while ensuring seamless collaboration with dispatch and field teams. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to meet daily and weekly performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on qualified inbound leads and warm opportunities

• Consult with homeowners and present service solutions

• Prepare estimates and close sales with integrity

• Coordinate with dispatch and field staff for customer satisfaction

• Track sales activities in the CRM and hit KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven in-home sales experience required

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing industry experience

• Strong consultative selling and communication skills
