DEWALT Field Construction Sales Representative-St.John NL

Industrial Construction Specialist (ICS) – Responsibilities   Act as the main point of contact for the company in the field, providing customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to end users.
Visit a variety of end‑user job sites and tool cribs in the assigned region.
Assist the Sales Team at distribution sales events; develop new contacts and close sales.
Build and maintain relationships with end users and the internal sales force.
Coordinate and manage top customer purchasing initiatives.
Support the distribution network with large‑user requirements.
Engage in new business development within the assigned region.
Qualifications   College or university graduate.
Experience in sales and/or marketing with a record of demonstrated achievements and leadership.
Willingness to travel as required by the role.
Ability to work some weekends when needed.
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Creativity and strategic thinking.
Proficiency with computer software, including MS Word and Outlook.
Valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract.
What You Get – Compensation & Benefits   Annual base salary of $50,000–$60,000, with location‑based adjustments.
Discretionary sales incentive bonus target equal to 15% of base salary; bonuses are subject to plan terms and are not guaranteed.
