CGIC is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Representative Assistant to enhance our Retail Sales team. This hybrid position emphasizes proactive communication, allowing you to engage clients, assess their insurance needs, and match them with qualified advisors.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience and supporting overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to interested clients on Wealth and Life products

• Complete assessments to understand clients’ goals and eligibility

• Document client interactions and prequalification details clearly

• Assign leads to appropriate Life or Wealth Advisors

• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Policy Center

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven customer service and relationship-building experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM systems

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
