Position: Dynamic Sales and Catering Manager Role

This role reports directly to the General Manager and focuses on soliciting and finalizing contracts for smaller groups and events. Your tasks include identifying revenue-generating opportunities through effective communication with clients and coordination among hotel departments. A proactive approach to client follow-up and relationship development will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and create new sales opportunities

• Manage relationships with local accounts

• Conduct proactive calls and visits for client engagement

• Ensure accurate booking details and event preparations

• Coordinate with departments to fulfill client needs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Sales and Catering experience

• College or University degree preferred

• Excellent organizational skills for workload management

• Guest service orientation

• Strong computer proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office
