This full-time in-office role demands a proactive sales approach and excellent customer service to manage quotes, orders, and inquiries. As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service and expand the business while nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong B2B customer relationships

• Conduct outbound calls for new business opportunities

• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate with internal teams for outstanding service

Requirements:

• Fully bilingual in English and French

• Previous B2B inside sales or customer service experience

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an asset

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
