Position: Sales and Catering Leadership at Germain Hotels
Lead the Sales and Catering operations at Germain Hotels, focusing on client engagement and revenue growth. This is your chance to make an impact with your sales and event management expertise.

In this role, you will report to the General Manager, taking charge of soliciting, contracting, and managing group sales. You will actively pursue new business and ensure seamless coordination for event details. Your ability to manage relationships and drive performance in client experiences is vital to the hotel’s success and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and secure new business through outreach

• Develop and maintain local account relationships

• Conduct proactive sales activities for repeat business

• Manage group details and coordinate with various teams

• Follow up on contract compliance and payments

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum in a Catering and Sales role

• College or University education preferred

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Proven guest service experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud
