With over 400 global installations, this role focuses on strategic leadership and operational excellence. You will be key in expanding market share and driving revenue growth while actively coaching a sales support team in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Arconas’ products in transportation hubs

• Develop strategic business plans with the VP of Sales

• Present products to Architects & Design firms

• Coach and support the sales support team

• Prepare monthly sales reports for the VP of Sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in sales management

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

• Proven track record in sales planning and negotiation

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel up to 20%
