Become a Design Consultant with Renewal by Andersen in Greater Toronto, specializing in transforming homes with window and door solutions. Engage homeowners through personalized consultations and product demonstrations.

We’re searching for driven sales professionals eager to step into the home improvement industry. In this role, you will conduct appointments scheduled by the company, enabling homeowners to make informed decisions about their replacement projects. Our focus is on a value-driven sales approach that builds trust and drives success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to scheduled homeowner appointments

• Conduct product demonstrations in home settings

• Discuss and provide custom quotes during consultations

• Implement an honest, value-based selling strategy

• Attend necessary training sessions and sales meetings

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required for travel

• Comfortable commuting up to 2 hours for appointments

• Able to lift and carry sample materials (40-60 lbs.)

• Proficient in navigating applications on iPads

• Previous outside sales experience is advantageous
