Become a Technical Sales Support Specialist at Belimo, focusing on pre-sales assistance and customer relationship management. Ideal for candidates with a technical background in HVAC.
In this role, you will support both internal and external sales teams, answering technical questions and processing quotes. Building solid relationships with our customers will be crucial, as well as providing timely support and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales support to customers and sales teams
• Process technical quotations and documentation
• Coordinate inside sales activities within CRM
• Respond to inquiries on product specifications
• Assist with order entry and technical support tasks
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or business certification
• Experience with electro-mechanical products
• HVAC background preferred, but not mandatory
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Communication skills in French or Spanish are a plus
