Mississauga Brand Ambassador Position

Become a part-time Brand Ambassador for AEO in Mississauga, ON, where your enthusiasm brings our brand to life! Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer experiences and inspiring brand loyalty.

As the face of AEO, you will engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model while showcasing your passion for AE and Aerie products. This diverse role will allow you to adapt to various in-store zones while prioritizing guest satisfaction and problem-solving. Upholding our company values with integrity, you will introduce customers to loyalty programs and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Share product knowledge to assist customers effectively

• Promote loyalty programs to enhance brand relationships

• Flexibly assist across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and more

• Address guest inquiries while following AEO policies

Requirements:

• Enjoyment in customer service interactions

• Retail experience desirable but not essential

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Must be 16 years or older
