Communications Manager for Retail Sales

In this pivotal role with the National Retail Field Sales team, you will develop streamlined communication cadences that assist the Field Sales team in executing effective selling cycles. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Marketing and Field Directors, to ensure priority alignment and optimal use of sales resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create communication strategies to support sales initiatives

• Maintain effectiveness of sales tools for representatives

• Facilitate timely information transfer in CBT meetings

• Oversee Mobile Briefcase and Encore application functionality

• Plan and execute themes for regional sales meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent analytical and collaborative capabilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Solid understanding of AC Nielsen data insights
