Job Description & How to Apply Below
They're hiring a Territory Manager to own a sales territory covering Western Ontario, including Hamilton, Niagara, Brantford, and London. This is a relationship-driven, road-based sales role. You'll be the face of the company for customers in your territory, responsible for growing market share, managing the full sales cycle on new and used crane equipment, and building the kind of long-term customer relationships that keep people coming back.
The ideal person for this role is someone who genuinely enjoys being out meeting customers rather than sitting behind a desk, who can hold their own in a technical conversation about equipment, and who's motivated by uncapped earning potential rather than a large guaranteed salary.

Advantages
Uncapped commission structure. There's no ceiling on what you can earn, and a strong performer can realistically reach $140,000-$150,000 a year.
Backed by a company with a 90-plus year track record and a large international footprint, so you're selling recognized, trusted equipment brands.
Phone and computer provided.
Full product training and finance/lease training provided, so you're set up to sell confidently from day one.
You won't be doing this alone. You'll work alongside and support other Territory Managers across the region.
Responsibilities
You'll manage a defined geographic territory across Western Ontario, with the goal of growing the company's market share within that region.
You'll spend most of your week on the road, visiting current and prospective customers on-site to build relationships and understand what they need. Office time happens only when a meeting or specific business need calls for it, not as a default.
You'll identify new prospective customers within your territory and work to bring them on as clients, while also nurturing and growing existing accounts.
You'll manage the full sales process on crane deals, from gathering trade appraisal information on equipment being traded in, to preparing initial costing sheets before a deal comes together, through to acting as the liaison between the customer and the company to get deals across the finish line.
You'll assist with responding to RFQs and RFPs as they come in from customers and prospects.
You'll keep your CRM up to date and provide monthly and annual sales forecasts on time, so leadership has an accurate read on where the territory stands.
You'll manage your own territory expenses responsibly, keeping costs in line as part of running your patch like a business.
Qualifications
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think through a deal and figure out how to get it done are essential, since this role has real autonomy and you'll often be making calls in the field without someone looking over your shoulder.
You should be a goal-driven, persistent person who doesn't get discouraged easily. Crane and capital equipment sales cycles can be long, and the people who do well here are the ones who follow up consistently and keep listening for what the customer actually needs rather than just pushing a sale.
You'll need to work well as part of a team, since you'll be collaborating with and supporting other Territory Managers across the region, not operating in a silo.
A post-secondary diploma and/or relevant sales experience is required. Formal finance and lease training will be provided if you don't already have it, and you'll be expected to complete the company's product training program.
Experience in the truck or mobile crane industry is considered a strong asset, though it isn't a strict requirement. Candidates from adjacent heavy equipment, industrial, or capital equipment sales backgrounds will also be considered.
