We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead business development and regional revenue growth. With over five years of B2B sales experience in the staffing industry, you will manage a team of Account Executives and Business Development Managers.
Your role will involve designing tailored staffing solutions to address specific client needs while monitoring market trends and competitive activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive regional revenue growth for staffing solutions
• Identify and secure corporate partnerships and service agreements
• Design tailored staffing solutions for client pain points
• Monitor regional market trends and competitive activities
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Requirements:
