Reporting directly to the Director of CRM, North America, this role combines account management with business development. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and coordinating effective solutions while liaising between customers and internal operational teams to facilitate a positive customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily communication with customer accounts
• Work alongside Operations teams to meet client requirements
• Pinpoint opportunities for account growth and new initiatives
• Prepare customer pricing requests accurately
• Keep customer account information up-to-date
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in account management or customer service
• Experience in freight forwarding is a strong asset
• Degree in Business or Logistics preferred
• CIFFA certification advantageous
• Must be open to travel when required
