As a Sales Associate, your primary focus is to provide exceptional guest services while assisting the Store Management Team. You’ll engage in sales generation, merchandising, and housekeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Physical duties include climbing, lifting, and standing for long periods.

• Deliver outstanding guest services in every interaction

• Support the generation of sales through effective contributions

• Participate in merchandising and pricing your products

• Manage transactions accurately through the POS system

• Uphold loss prevention strategies consistently

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 17 years

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders

• Capable of standing/walking for an 8-hour shift

• Strong adherence to company policies

• Assist with store maintenance and housekeeping tasks
