In this full-time role within the Ind MGA & Nat Acct Sls department, you will engage with credit unions and insured members to sell and service life insurance products. Your responsibilities will include both inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in selling individual life insurance

• Process inquiries via calls, emails, and faxes

• Provide comprehensive explanations of claims and underwriting

• Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

• Exceed sales targets and enhance customer experiences

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience

• Level I Life licensed preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication skills

• Background check mandatory for employment
