Commercial Lease Manager; Business Development

Fleet decisions are some of the biggest financial commitments a mid-sized business makes, and many companies are navigating them without a real partner in their corner. That's the gap JPC was built to close.

We're looking for someone who wants to earn a client's trust across a boardroom table and build their own book of business. Someone who can turn a cold introduction into a long-term partnership.

You'll spend your time with customers and get paid for what you create, with uncapped commission and the backing of a company that's been doing this for 35+ years.

You're competitive, curious and comfortable creating your own opportunities. You'd rather be meeting customers than sitting behind a desk, and you're not afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a room of senior decision-makers or hear "no." You don't need to know our business today. We'll teach you that. You do need the drive to prospect, the confidence to build relationships and the discipline to follow through.

This is a new-business, outside sales role. You'll own the full sales cycle from the first cold call through the signature and handoff to onboarding.

• Prospect, generate referrals and create your own opportunities
• Get in front of owners, CFOs and other senior decision-makers

• Understand each prospect's fleet, finances and growth plans
• Build solutions around the client's business, not a template

• Present your recommendation, negotiate terms and close
• Build and maintain relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in an outside or new-business role
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is an asset
• Based in, or willing to be based in, the Greater Toronto Area
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship

• $85,000–$115,000 OTE first-year compensation while you train and build your business.
• Commission is uncapped, with established Commercial Lease Managers earning $200,000+.
• 10-month development program covering finance, asset management and practical B2B selling, working directly with JPC's senior leadership team.
• Room to grow into larger accounts, senior sales roles or sales leadership.
