Sales Associate

At Victor, we're looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our high-performing sales team. This hybrid role requires working in the office at least three days a week. You will support Benefits Advisors within our Group Benefits Division, manage account renewals, and build strong client relationships to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet quarterly sales targets with compelling client proposals

• Manage financial aspects for existing accounts

• Build relationships with Benefits Advisors to grow business

• Maintain knowledge of client management processes and guidelines

• Oversee plan amendments for compliance and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing

• 3 years’ insurance sales experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and sales drive

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; life license within 12 months
