About the Role
The Discovery Program Representative is a full-time rotational opportunity that provides exposure to multiple business functions, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Vendor Management. Participants gain hands-on experience, professional development, and cross-functional learning while building foundational skills for long-term career growth at TD SYNNEX.
Role placement and progression are determined based on individual strengths, performance, career interests, and business needs. As opportunities become available, participants may be considered for transition into a permanent role aligned with their skills and organizational needs.
Placement into a permanent position is not guaranteed and will depend on business requirements, role availability, and individual performance.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with sales, vendor management, marketing, business development and customer-facing teams.
Present updates, project outcomes, and recommendations to leaders, managers, and program stakeholders.
Support business operations through activities such as order processing, quoting, reporting, product research, and basic financial analysis.
Participate in sales training, product education sessions, webinars, and professional development events.
Collaborate across multiple business functions to support organizational objectives and customer success.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree with a focus in technology, sales, vendor management, or business operations.
0–1 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op placements, or related work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and systems.
Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
Experience presenting information to groups in academic, volunteer, or professional settings.
Hybrid or office-based work environment, depending on business needs.
Occasional flexibility in work hours may be required to support business activities or events.
Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
Hiring Salary Range $45,000
