You will be engaged in a 12-month contract position focusing on thorough assessments of indoor air quality, mould, and fire damage. By conducting on-site inspections and collaborating with Project Managers, you’ll develop the insights necessary for enhancing client decision-making. Your contributions will directly impact building resilience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments related to indoor air quality and mould

• Collect samples and evaluate building conditions

• Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations

• Ensure proper oversight of remediation projects

• Provide expertise during emergency situations for clients

Requirements:

• Experience in assessing mould and air quality

• Strong client interaction and interviewing skills
